Nein. Word, also besser Microsoft Office ist ein eigenständiges Produkt, das getrennt von XP, Vista oder Windows 7 gekauft werden muss.

66€ Microsoft Office Home Students version
~300€ fürs vollständige office paket als nicht student/schüler

alternativ openoffice , ist umsonst und bietet eigtl auch alles was man fürs büro / als student brauch ;)
