Titel: Vista x64 Problem :(

Hallöchen

Habe folgendes Problem mein OS Vista x64 stürzt öfters unerwartet ab, dabei ist es egal welche Anwendungen laufen oder nicht ist also kein Softwareproblem. Ich habe auch Prime95 24h laufen lassen können und es gab absolut keine Probleme oder Bluescreens. Auch Memtest86 fand keine Fehler. Ich bin wirklich am verzweifeln. Ich habe mir die dump file mal angeschaut und auch schon gegoogelt aber bezieht sich leider alles nur auf xp und hilft mir daher nicht weiter...

Zu meinem System:
Intel i7
DDR3 Ram Nanya 1333MHZ
ATI HD 4870

In der Dump file steht problem caused by hardware, leider kann ich damit nicht viel anfangen vllt. könnt Ihr mehr herauslesen. Ich bin über jede Hilfe sehr dankbar. Danke schonmal im Voraus

Hallo

Lege die Vista DVD ein und starte die reparatur Obtion. Hier steht wie . : http://wiki.winboard.org/index.php/Vista-Eingabeaufforderung_von_DVD_starten

Sollte das BS mit mehr als 2Gb ram und Vista ohne SP1 installiert , so ist es besser du machst Format C:

Zur info: es gibt Vista DVD mit Sp1 integriert und ohne SP1 .

In deinem Fall neu mit nur max. 1-2 GB ram.

Deine 6 Gb Ram  trotz SP1. Wenn mit nur 1-2 Gb Ram installiert wird ,kommt Vista mit den Ramadressen  klar. Bei mehr nicht.

Wenn alles ,wirklich alles installiert und das neuste Bios drauf ist .dann kannst du alle Ram,s einbauen.

Habe selber 8 GB drinn und auch nur mit 2Gb installiert. No problemo

Dann suche mal bei Googel : Vista mit mehr als 2Gb Ram installieren. Sollte dauern bist du alles gelesen hast  :zwinkern

Oder schaue mal hier :  http://www.go-windows.de/forum/vista-64-bit-versionen/

Besser du machst Vista neu . falsche oder nicht richtig adressierte Speicher kann damit nicht behoben werden .

Und beim formatieren unter :erweitert/ Fabrik neu/   formatieren ,da Vista sonnst alte Daten der defekten installation speichert.

Eine Fehlermeldung konnte nicht erscheinen da Vista mit SP 1.

Die Bootdateien kommen unter anderem  von deinem Board. ( Bios ) . Ist das neuste Bios drauf ?

Was in der dmp.file steht ist nicht für Vista. http://wiki.winboard.org/index.php/Defekte_ntoskrnl.exe_wiederherstellen

Dann erstelle mal einen Systemintigritätsbericht. / Systemsteuerung / System / Leistung / weitere Tools .
Dort kannst du auch die Zuverlässigk. und Leistungsüberwachung öffnen. Dort werden Fehler gespeichert.

Wie lautet denn der Fehlercode (STOP o.ä.) beim Bluescreen?
