If Computer 1 can't access the shared drive while Computer 2 can, try enabling network discovery and file sharing, checking the SMB protocol, verifying login credentials, temporarily disabling firewall/antivirus, manually mapping the drive (\\Speedport_IP\SharedFolder), or updating network drivers.
