Try these quick steps:
Run Update Troubleshooter: Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Clear Update Cache: Stop wuauserv & bits, delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution, then restart services.
Run SFC & DISM:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Install Updates Manually: Use Microsoft Update Catalog.
