I’ve experienced something similar when Windows tools like Task Manager and Registry Editor suddenly stopped opening. In my case, a security scan and restoring a previous system point solved the issue, but I recommend checking for malware before making registry changes. To relax afterward, I often play Geometry Dash; its challenging levels are a nice distraction while troubleshooting.
