Wir stehen bei uns im Unternehmen gerade an einem Punkt, an dem wir unsere IT-Struktur überdenken wollen. Bisher läuft alles irgendwie nebenher – meistens betreut jemand aus dem Team die Technik zusätzlich zu seinen eigentlichen Aufgaben. Das funktioniert so halbwegs, ist aber auf Dauer weder professionell noch skalierbar.

Zudem nutzen wir inzwischen fast ausschließlich Apple-Geräte – MacBooks, iPhones, iPads – aber viele IT-Dienstleister, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, sind entweder auf Windows spezialisiert oder wirken beim Thema Apple ziemlich unsicher. Da wir weiter wachsen wollen, brauchen wir dringend eine Lösung, die professionell, durchdacht und auf Apple ausgerichtet ist.
