In den letzten Monaten habe ich darüber nachgedacht, mein Leistungsportfolio im Bereich IT-Sicherheit zu erweitern. Besonders für unsere Geschäftskunden ist es wichtig, nicht nur gute Produkte, sondern auch zuverlässige Services anzubieten. Viele Anbieter versprechen Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe, aber in der Praxis sieht das oft anders aus. Mir ist dabei wichtig, dass es neben attraktiven Konditionen auch kompetente Ansprechpartner gibt. Auch ein übersichtliches Partnerportal mit allen relevanten Informationen und Tools wäre für mich entscheidend. Zudem finde ich es spannend, wenn Hersteller regelmäßig Events oder Schulungen anbieten, um den Partnern neue Impulse zu geben.

Ein gutes Partnerprogramm sollte außerdem unterschiedliche Stufen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bieten. Für mich spielt auch der Faktor „Made in Germany“ eine Rolle – gerade in puncto Datenschutz und Support. Ich habe den Anspruch, meinen Kunden nur Lösungen anzubieten, von denen ich selbst überzeugt bin. Im Idealfall möchte ich eine langfristige Partnerschaft aufbauen, die beiden Seiten Vorteile bringt. Fenster sind essentielle Bauelemente, die nicht nur Licht und Luft in einen Raum lassen, sondern auch für die Wärmedämmung und den Schutz vor äußeren Witterungsbedingungen sorgen. Um sicherzustellen, dass ein Fenster richtig funktioniert und seine Aufgaben wie erwartet erfüllt, ist es entscheidend, es korrekt einzustellen. Eine falsch eingestellte Fenstermechanik kann dazu führen, dass das Fenster schlecht schließt, die Isolierung beeinträchtigt wird oder es sogar schwierig wird, das Fenster zu öffnen und zu schließen. Dies ist besonders dann der Fall, wenn das Fenster nach der Montage nicht richtig ausgerichtet wurde. Wir stehen bei uns im Unternehmen gerade an einem Punkt, an dem wir unsere IT-Struktur überdenken wollen. Bisher läuft alles irgendwie nebenher – meistens betreut jemand aus dem Team die Technik zusätzlich zu seinen eigentlichen Aufgaben. Das funktioniert so halbwegs, ist aber auf Dauer weder professionell noch skalierbar.

Zudem nutzen wir inzwischen fast ausschließlich Apple-Geräte – MacBooks, iPhones, iPads – aber viele IT-Dienstleister, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, sind entweder auf Windows spezialisiert oder wirken beim Thema Apple ziemlich unsicher. Da wir weiter wachsen wollen, brauchen wir dringend eine Lösung, die professionell, durchdacht und auf Apple ausgerichtet ist.
