mein Laptop fährt seit einem durchgeführten Windows Update nicht mehr hoch. Habe bereits versucht im agesicherten Modus neu zu starten - ohne erfolg. Auch Systemwiederherstellung funktioniert nicht - diese rattert stundenlang vor sich hin und es passiert nichts.
Seit gestern bekomme ich folgende Meldung:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer (was ich schon gemacht habe und nicht geholfen hat). If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed (aber wie, wenn ich nicht weiterkomme?).
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installes hardware or software (kann ich ja ebenfalls nicht).
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable compenents restart your computer, press F8 (gibt es bei mir nicht als Auswahl) to select advance startup options and then select safe mode.

Ich bin ein absoluter Laie auf diesem Gebiet , also vielleicht kann mir irgendjemand sagen, wie ich am besten vorgehen soll.
Eine Recovery CD hab ich leider nicht.
