Adium, der kostenlose Instant-Messenger mit der Ente, unterstützt alle gängigen Messenger-Protokolle: AOL Instant Messenger, ICQ, MSN Live Messenger, Jabber, Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, Bonjour/iChat, MySpace IM, Lotus Sametime, Novell Groupwise, QQ und Gadu-Gadu. Um die aktuelle Version benutzen können, benötigen Sie mindestens Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger).

• Updated to MSNp15 via libpurple (from MSNp12 via msn-pecan)
  - Display pictures on MSN now work again
  - Full offline messaging support
  - iTunes status (Now Playing) support
• The Custom Status window now shows your current status message when opened, making it easier to change your status without changing the status message
• Fixed contact visibility issues in 1.3 and 1.3.1
• Fixed frequent disconnections on the Yahoo! service
• Fixed a crash when parsing DNS-lookup responses from certain routers
• Fixed 1-2 pixel overlap of contact list by its toolbar
• Fixed contacts showing in incorrect group after combining them
• Fixed problems when linkifying URLs that contained an unescaped % character
• Fixed escaping of the ' and ? characters for IPv6 Addresses
• Fixed MSN personal messages being set to the status (ie: away, busy)
• Fixed OTR messages to use the display name rather than UID
• Fixed 'Lips Are Sealed' emoticon in the Adiumy emoticon set
• Added new Add Group Chat Bookmark and File Transfer icons
• Fixed drop shadow in Stockholm and Gone Dark message styles
• Fixed visual artifacts in Smooth Operator message style
