Desktop wird nicht gespeichert, nach Neustart alles durcheinander!

habe nen dummes problem, nach jedem Neustart sind alle Symbole auf dem Desk wieder komplett durcheinander und links angeordnet. Habe aber garnichts weiter gemacht, woran liegts und wie kann ich das abschalten?! Habe mehrere VISTA Rechner aber noch nie ein solches porblem gehabt.

Vista Home Premium. Unable to reinstall game software
Ive done the installation about half a year ago and the program worked fine. Then a few problems
occured, and the manufcturer told me to reinstall. that's what I tried.The message is: 1207 Error.
Unable to write game data into the registration data base. Ask your system administrator.
Windows  help told me the following:

If the program installs but does not run, right-click the program icon, click <b>Properties</b>,
click the <b>Compatibility</b> tab, select the <b>Run this program as an administrator</b> check box,
and then try to run the program.
I've tried to do as described, I see the box but can't check it.Nothing happens. Now what?
